Where can I buy Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 2 (US)?

Saw the great review in the March 2011 but Andy - where the heck can
someone buy it??

I think I have Lock On Platinum but will buy that if I need it. Do I
also need Flaming Cliffs 1?

I bought LOCKON Platinum from Target a couple months ago ($19.99). It
includes the original LOMAC and Flaming Cliffs 2. The installation
instructions state that you must have installed either LOMAC or FC1. I
had to activate FC2 online.
